Excited to share lots of new work with an updated demo reel showcasing my more recent work, including new music videos, animations, short films, and documentaries.
The past couple years I have spent working as the content producer for indie record label Yep Roc Records and their parent international distribution company, Redeye Inc. It has allowed me incredible access to more artists and labels than I never thought possible, and discovering new music along the way has been a reward in itself.
Part of what I've enjoyed most- other than the chance to create new and original content that is published and promoted on industry press outlets, is having the opportunity to produce and direct the monthly live music series, Sawyer Sessions. Think of Sawyer Sessions like if NPR's Tiny Desk Concert took a field trip to some of North Carolina's beautiful, historic and unique locations in the Triangle, and recorded some beautiful and intimate live performances.
The song featured in the reel was recorded during Sawyer Sessions Season 3, from Wichita Records artist Oscar, performing “Sometimes” off his latest album Cut And Paste. Give it a view and listen, you may just end up discovering some new music or artists yourself.
